Sometimes, the sounds you record waiting for other sounds can be the most arresting and that's what happens here. You can hear very fast Virgin trains whizzing to and from London - and when they arrive, it's something of a shock, so my mind gets pretty charged whilst waiting. Much of this sequence is 'binaurally' recorded with microphones in ears.
